"From now on, Oliver, you will be my teenage son." John said to the boy.
For a brief moment, the boy was confused. Then John just waved his hand, and everything was alright. Of course Oliver was his son and John was his father. This was normal now. Reality had changed.
"Sure, dad!" Oliver smiled. "You have always been my dad!"
John wrapped his arms around the boy and gently hugged him. He knew that the boy had never been hugged by his father before but from now on, this would be a regular thing.
"I love you, Oliver!" John said quietly.
"I love you too, dad!" The boy responded. "I will always love you."
"Good. How about we head on home for dinner?" John suggested.
"Ah dad, could we go for some pizza tonight?" Oliver asked.
John just smiled as he looked the boy in his deep, blue eyes.
"Sure!"
Then, John just snapped his fingers and instantly both John and Oliver were teleported to the front door of the nearest pizza restaurant!
"Holy cow!" Oliver gasped quietly. "Dad! How... How did you do that? One minute we're on the beach and the next minute were at a pizza place! What the heck?"
John decided to save time and just make Oliver understand that he's God without having to explain everything about the formula and his abilities. So he waved his hand and Oliver just knew everything.
"Oh... You... You're God? That... You mean... You can do anything?" Oliver asked his new father.
"Yes, that is correct, my son" John responded.
"Gosh that must be so cool.... I wish I had your powers..." Oliver sighed as the two sat down at a table with a box of pizza. "Then I could help lots of people!"
"Well, I'm preparing you for that, my son..." John replied quietly.
Oliver took a bite out of his slice of pepperoni pizza when he looked at his father.
"What do you mean?"
"I want you to become God really soon.... So just be ready!"John smiled.
"What? Me? Really?" Oliver wondered. "When are you going to make me God?"
John just stared at the boy with a smile.
"As soon as I make sure you are ready in your heart to receive your training!" He replied. "I want to train you and show you what you can do with your powers!"
"Oh...." Oliver said, when he saw an old man walking outside. He looked like a beggar. He was thin and he could barely walk.
"Do the right thing, my son...." John said.
Oliver took a napkin and wrapped a slice of pizza in it. Then he got up, walked outside with the pizza slice, and offered it to the beggar. The poor, old man happily accepted the slice of pizza from the boy. When Oliver returned, John was very pleased.
"I think you are ready to receive your powers, Oliver..." John said.
Oliver looked up at John with a huge grin.
"You're going to give me your powers? Are you serious? No joke?" The boy asked him.
John stood before his son and placed his divine hand on his son's chest.
"Your compassion and your honesty together with your innocence make you a great candidate. You just need to understand what it means to be omnipotent." John spoke.
"What is omi... Inpot... Omnipot...." Oliver stuttered.
"Omnipotent.... That is the same as almighty. It means you would become all-powerful. So nothing or nobody could stop you or hurt you." John explained. John then waves his hand to make sure that Oliver could say the word from now on.
"Oh... But I could still help others, right?" The teen asked.
John grinned. It was time to execute the transfer of power to the boy.
"Oh, yes... You could do anything... Nothing in the whole universe could stop you!"
"Ohh that is so cool!" Oliver exclaimed.
Then John snapped his finger and teleported him and his son back to the house.
