Smaller than a millimeter

You wake up and see Susan's huge face staring at you. She starts laughing and sticks out her finger to you. To your horror, the thickness of her fingernail is about thirty feet. You calculate that you must be about 1/10 of a millimeter tall.

"Oops, I didn't realize you would be too small to climb my fingernail," Susan says, "So why don't I do this?" She puts her fingernail at the end of the table you're standing on. It's about a hundred feet to the edge of it.

"How did you shrink me?" you ask, terrified.

"Get on my fingernail and I'll tell you," Susan tells you. You shake your head. "Get on my fingernail, tiny!" she commands. You oblige sheepishly and walk towards her finger. The force is incredible as Susan brings you to her face.

"What are you going to do?" you ask, shaking.

"I'm going to try something," she says.

What does Susan do with you?
