Waking up in the morning, it felt like a normal day to Caleb. His alarm buzzed at exactly 7:05 AM, only to be silenced when he slammed his palm on top of the snooze button. Yawning loudly, he sat up in bed, scratched his ripped stomach and started getting ready for another day of being the big man around.
But it was NOT a normal day. Xan watched Caleb wake up from his cozy little inter-dimensional pocket space on what was remarkably like a big flat screen TV, leaning back on a recliner and sipping on a breakfast smoothie (not that he needed to eat, he just figured it would fit in with the scenario.) What the muscle-headed jock didn't know was that something was slightly different with the world, but it was going to impact Caleb's life in a VERY big way. While Caleb slept, Xan played around with the rules of reality. A little change here, a little modification there; Just enough for it to be very subtle, almost unnoticeable...at first. All that was left for Xan to do now was to sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
