The Beginning

The Exchanger was created in a remote lab somewhere in an unknown dimension. The scientist who created wished to use it to cause havoc and overthrow the government, allowing him to rule the world. Unfortunately, the government caught wind of this plot and put a stop to it. The scientist was arrested and thrown in jail for life while the Exchanger was cast into another dimension, not wanting any radicals to use it in any future coup de'tats.

After drifting in an interdimensional void for a while, the Exchanger finally made its way to a dimension.
