Samus tapped her foot impatiently, waiting for the heels she'd originally had to activate, but alas, they never came. Upon closer inspection, Samus realised that the symbol on her breast seemed to be made of several different shapes, and wasn't just a single button. She grumbled slightly, realising she should have paid closer attention when she first pressed it.
That closer inspection seemed to reveal something else, however. "Am I... growing even larger?" She could once again feel the same swelling and lightheadedness that had signalled the start of her initial transformation, only something was a little different this time. While her breasts certainly seemed to be swelling, the swelling felt like it was emanating from all over her body. Her limbs, which had only been made slightly puffy from the previous inflation, was well as her back and sides, which has been previously unaffected, all seemed to be feeling the same swelling. Though she could barely see over her large breasts, she could still look behind her, only to find that she not see her rear anymore! Her back had started to bulge out, and though it was not as large as her belly yet, it was quickly approaching that size. A pressure from below lifting her arms up made her realise the same was happening to her sides.
"Oh my..." she mumbled. Though she wasn't quite there yet, she realised what was happening. Whereas the original Balloon Upgrade has turned her stomach, breasts, and rear into individual balloons, this button seemed to be turning her whole body into a single giant balloon. She couldn't see her rear, but she could tell her breasts were losing definition, sinking into her stomach to create a single rounded front. No doubt the same was happening at the back. This was not what she was hoping for. She needed to stop this before it was too late. There was only one problem, though.
"Can't... reach. Damn." While her body had been rounding itself out, her limbs seemed to be puffing up as well. With her arm as puffy as it was, combined with how round her body had become, her hand could no longer reach the button that had activated it her attempts eliciting nothing but a squeaky noise as her parts rubbed against each other. The inflating was not done, however. Though her front, back, and sides had practically formed themselves into one giant ball at this point, Samus' body seemed to be growing still, the distinction between her body and limbs beginning to blur. Samus could do nothing but watch, distraught, as her limbs vanished inside her growing body, leaving nothing but her hands behind, unable to see the fate of her feet. And then, at last, the inflating seemed to stop.
"Well... this is awkward," Samus mumbled, a fair amount less joyous than she was when she was ascending to the ceiling. No longer was she a woman with ballooned body parts, she was a large, inflated ball, with a head, hands, and feet stuck to its sides. Not only did this not help her get down from the ceiling, even if she wasn't airbound, she'd still have trouble moving around, owing to her limbs being dwarfed within her bulbous body. "How am I supposed to get down now?" With her hands practically useless, there was no way she could press the symbol on her chest to deflate herself back down to what was considered normal for the Balloon Upgrade. The only reason she could move at all was because her feet were still pressed firmly on the ceiling. Perhaps she could bounce herself across the ceiling and press her chest against something up here, hopefully hitting the right shape. Of course, that was a very haphazard plan, and surely there must be another way. The facility still had an operational computer system that controlled the distribution of upgrades, perhaps it could control other things in the facility too? Maybe that could get her down, the scientists who made this facility must have had some way of sorting things out if they tested something by themselves.
