A person looking for a little excitement in life is given the power to morph others. |
| Follow the path of a person who is looking for a little excitement in their life and wishes for a change. One day their wish is granted, but not in the way they expected... They are granted the power to alter their own physical and metal traits as well as those of others. How the powers work: The person with the powers is able to change the physical and metal traits of any person, including body parts, clothes, personality traits, age, etc. The sky is pretty much the limit, although the powers don't work on inanimate objects, and might make weird things happen when used on animals. However that does not mean people can't be given traits belonging to animals or plants or inanimate objects or even fully transformed into one of those things. If a person is transformed entirely into something that isn't a person, don't fear, they can still be transformed back. The user of the powers can also control if people are aware of any changes. The default is to make people unaware of the changes unless willed otherwise. All the person with the powers has to do is think about a morph and it will occur. Now only one question remains: who is the recipient of these powers? I know this is yet another concept that's been done frequently, but I felt like putting my own spin on it so here we are. As always, I have a few guidelines before we begin. General Writing Rules: These are the guidelines for adding to any of my stories. I reserve the right to delete any chapters that break these rules. 1. Use good spelling and grammar. I will fix small mistakes, but I will delete chapters that are too hard to read. 2. Keep the story in third person and past tense. It's jarring when these randomly change. 3. Be consistent within a story branch and maintain the established continuity of the branch. 4. Keep characters consistent with their bios. It's okay to expand upon what's in the bios, but don't have characters act completely out of character or change established details about them. 5. Avoid adding too many one sentence or choice chapters. These are fine for earlier chapters in a branch to get things started, but after that point it becomes annoying and doesn't add anything to the story. 6. Don't write something completely different than what the option you selected says. 7. Try to avoid leaving only one option at the end of a chapter. 8. Sex is fine, but please try to be at least a bit realistic about it. Most people don't have sex constantly. 9. Try to avoid killing characters, especially the main characters. It's fine to include character death sometimes, but it's not really the focus of the story. 10. Please try to avoid adding to chapters that obviously violate the rules. I'd hate to delete a good chapter because it was added to one that broke the rules. 11. No promoting hate speech or being otherwise disrespectful of others. 12. Most importantly, have fun and don't be afraid to add! The story isn't going to write itself you know... This is a pretty open-ended story so other than these rules, go wild! Usually, I have a list of established characters, but this time around, you will choose a character to follow in the story. There might be some additional characters in each bio, but I leave the rest of the characters up to you! Feel free to add whatever friends, enemies, extended relatives, or whoever else to your story branch. I only ask that you maintain the continuity in each story branch (basically if a character exists in one branch they don't necessarily exist in another and vice versa). |
