1 year old girl

A young girl toddles over, she seems about 1 year old, her dress flutters as she approaches. She stares at you and reaches. You let her grab you, as if you had much of a choice. She holds you close to her chest as she walks across the room. She passes other children who are already playing with "toys". You see a boy take a man and put him into his diaper, where he soon pees. You hear his muffled screams.

The girl holding you sits down. She places you on top of a toy house and looks at you, almost as if she expects you to do something. You're not sure how to proceed.

You have the following choices:

1. Run?
