Lois needed to blow off some steam... Peter had been treating her real badly and needed to relax, she always found showing off her boobs to stewie to be relaxing (for some reason) so she looked in stewie's room to see if he is there.

Stewie tried to get her attention by hitting her big toe, Lois felt something on her toe and looked down to see stewie. "stewie!?" She screamed kneeling down to her tiny baby.
Stewie was trying frantically to get her to pick him up off the ground. Lois understood stewie's body language and picked him up onto her palm.
Lois was still feeling pretty down, so she took of her top and unbuttoned her bra, locking stewie's door. Lois then smothered stewie on her breasts until she felt better.
Later, lois was wondering why stewie was so small to find a toy gun on the floor. She picked it up and examined it. She placed stewie in her cleavage and tried to operate the machinery.
