You only manage to heal your body

Your lips make contact with your body, but you still feel yourself getting weaker. At first, you think that your plan didn't work, but you then look at your neck. The bleeding has stopped and it appears to be healing. The same can't be said about your head though. You slowly lose conciousness and soon everything goes dark.
Meanwhile, you body continues to heal. Soon, the neck has completely healed and the body regain some sort of conciousness. It manages to turn itself around and sit up.

You have the following choices:

1. The body remains headless

2. The body regenerates a new head
