Someone's in the Kitchen with Ripple

"I think.... oh..." moans Azure in pleasure. "Oh, harder baby. After 25 years you haven't lost your touch." You raise your eye in discomfort. Why did Azure have to do that with Vernon in plain view of you? Sure he was hidden in her pants... but still, it's indecent. You clear your throat to remind Azure of why she called you in.
"Oh," says your werecoyote boss as she starts to sweat. "Stephen, I want you to be careful for today's assignment. You're going to be working with Ripple in the kitchen today. She's preparing some difficult dishes today I suggested for the guests. Stegosaurus pot pie, millipede stir fry..." You gag and hold your mouth. "One of these days," you say. "I've got to get used to monster food one of these days." That's when Azure looks at you sternly. "Be on high alert. You know how unstable that cerberus is. I don't want to see you hurt or worse."
You immediately salute Azure and go down the stairs to leave her to the husband in her underwear. You were used to talking to multiple headed monsters due to your experiences with Laura, the four headed hydra scuba diver in the Summer. But Ripple wasn't like most three headed monsters. All three of her heads had incompatible personalities that matched the highlights in their hair. The left head dubbed Ripple Yellow was always happy and excited while the right head, Ripple Blue, is a pessimistic crybaby who only looks on the dark side. The most dangerous head was in the center and called Ripple Red. Ripple Red was constantly pissed off and highly aggressive. Unlike Ripple Yellow and Blue, the middle head is a predator who eats humans.
What makes the heads scarier is that they take turns controlling the body and they switch at random. But you're almost there. You walk into the Grimmsly Cafe, momentarily hiding behind a barstool as that human eating loxodon Elektra walks by with her trunk in the air. As Elektra stops to sniff the air, you make a run for the kitchen and roll under the door before you let out a sigh of relief.
You smell the air and recognize the sent of brachiosaurus sausage before looking up to see Ripple's well muscular back as she's working on the grill. "Hi Ripple!" you yell up. "Good morning!" Ripple begins to turn around, but which of the cerberus chef's heads is in control of the body today?
