Lab Test

After giving Jakki the number of a victim support group and sending her on her way, Jill took the note, and brought it down to the departments lab. If what Jakki said was indeed true, then there might be something on the note that could explain how this transformation happened.
After only an hour down in the lab, something actually did show up. One of the lab crew, a man named Cole, called Jill over to look at the results.
"What have we got?" Jill asked.
"Well, from the looks of it, we've got nanites." Cole said. "Only a few, but there likely used to be more. My guess is they either got in under the skin, or were breathed in. Soon as they're in... well, you can guess."
"So Jakki was telling the truth." Jill muttered. "Do we have a way to track the make and model of these nanites?"
"Working on that now." Cole replied. It was then that another officer entered the lab.
"Jill, we need you. That Jakki woman we had? Well, she's not the only one who's been making her claim."

Just as the officer said, up in the department lobby were about 5 other women, all with excessively large breasts, at least around Jakki's size or bigger.
"I'm guessing they all have the same story?" Jill asked.
"Yup." An officer replied. "All of them were men who had been unfaithful to their lovers. Wives and girlfriends. All got a note just like Jakki's, and within a week, wound up like this."
"Anything linking them besides that?" Jill asked.
"Not sure yet." The officer replied.
"OK." Jill said. "Start taking full statements from each woman. I'm going to head out and see if I can locate anything that can help us. If the lab turns up anything, call me."
