"To you, Stardust Paws," she declares, as the blue drip falls, landing on your cheek, splatting gently. It spread in every direction, as you glowed blue in response, as the drip brightened up.
"Powers of mine, you have," she said standing up, as the drip faded, and you glowed blue, which soon stopped.
"Divine powers, as me, you have," She explained, "To and use, powers are yours."

The large figure, both divine and generous, turned to leave, as she started to fade.
