3. Brief character description: A dirty, tough lookin' Raichu who lives on the streets. The only thing worse then her attitude is the smell of her feet. She absolutely HATES Pikachus because of how popular they are, and how because of them the "superior" Raichu evolution is left in the dust. She'll destroy any pikachu brought to her.

Feet: Very Bad
Farts: Pretty Bad
Body Musk:Bad
Butt (Without Farting):Bad
Breath: Pretty Bad

6. Special Abilities:
Quick Feet: Rat is naturally smaller but faster than most competitors

Stink Ball: A special technique that Rat invented as an insult to Pikachus and their Light Ball. She can generate enough damp stink around her to completely neutralize the power-granting ability of the Light Ball, making them weak. Like they should be.
