He's been the ruthless sole champion of this tournament for five years, he's been beaten by newcomers countless times, he went absolutely revenge crazy for months, survived a breakup with Raunch without becoming a slave, he's seen his own flesh and blood cousin kidnapped by Sarah, and he's seen the kindness that was shown to him when he tried to get Fizzle back. He even started dating the first pokemon to ever take him down. After all of this, Shiver's had enough of being a bad guy, now, he just competes for fun.
