Eric almighty?! OH SHIT!

You are Eric, a normal (well, physically normal. Psychologically...) teenager just going about your day. You were just wrapping up your nightly homework when a voice projected from behind you. "Eric, my name is Alkazar the all powerful. I have chosen you out of the billions of your kind to be the recipient of a single wish. This wish can drastically effect your life, so you must chose it very carefully."
You turn around too see the figure speaking to you, but your mere human eyes could not comprehend the sight before you, and your tiny mortal brain could not fathom the being you were witnessing, thus all you saw was an orb of blue light.
"Are... are you serious?" You asked, stunned by the absurdity of the scenario.
"Very much so, yes. Chose wisely." Alkazar responded.
You sat there, staring into what you perceived as an orb for a very long while, rolling ideas around on what to wish for. Finally it hits you, and you smile.
"Alkazar, I can only wish for one thing, yes?" You inquire.
"That is so." He responded.
"And I presume that I cannot ask for more wishes, and I can't wish for your omnipotent power, could I?"
"You could wish for it, but I would not grant it. I am an all powerful being beyond your cognizance, not a lowly genie, hence I do not HAVE to do a thing you say. I am CHOOSING to give you this opportunity." He responded with a condescending tone.
You're a little disappointed, but finally say "I wish to be god."
Alkazar thought for an indescribably short amount of time, yet put more thought into this request than Eric could ever think of anything even if given a million lifetimes. "And so you shall be." With a deafening thud everything around you turned black.
You opened your eyes, and realize that you were staring up at a blue sky. You turn yourself around, and realize that you had been napping on a cloud. You crawl to the edge of it and look down, and much to your own excitement you see a bustling world of tiny peons at your disposal. AWESOME! You were a god! You learn however that you probably should have thought about your wish a little more, as you realize that...
