The problem with being God, at least in this day and age you swiftly learn, is that very few people actually believe in you. Oh sure, there are plenty of people who pay lip service to you, and a whole lot more who will spout off a quick prayer or two whenever they want something on the off chance they'll be lucky enough to be heard, but true faith is something that's become vanishingly rare. "Well, we'll just have to fix that then won't we?" you mutter as you consider various ways to put yourself back in the spotlight. Granting prayers and performing miracles seems like a good bet, but do you really want the hassle, or should you simply do whatever you want and screw anybody who doesn't believe?
