One day, without any warning, a great imbalance changed the entire world. Weather it was the work of mischievous spirits or some grand cosmic misalignment nobody could say why it happened (in fact for whatever reason practically nobody was even fully aware that it had happened). But no matter why the change was the same around the world, adult women were now considered babies.

In an instant millions upon billions of panties and bloomers and thongs became diapers and pull ups and training pants. Elegant dresses became more cutsie and all pants made for women came equipped with some kind of snaps to make for easy diaper access as every woman’s wardrobe became some kind of of baby clothes. And there were significantly more pacifiers bottles baby toys and the like in the world.

Now this great shift in no way reduced the women of the world into soft coddled second class citizens. Though some infantile tendencies had found their way in everyone held approximately the same position as they normally did before the change. They still had the same personality, motivation, hopes and desires as they did before but now possessed a distinct lack of potty training, a need for occasional naps and an inability to fully succeed in cleanly feeding ones self Or changing her own diaper (while funny enough having no problem changing someone else’s)
