This choice: A week later, Kltpzyxm is back • Go Back...Chapter #4 Kltpzyxm Returns by: Unknown A week later, you're riding to work with your skeleton sister Meryl. Maggie had to go into work earlier than usual because of a Specter related emergency so Meryl offered you a ride. Of course, being late for work doesn't concern you because you have Kltpzyxm to worry about. She said she'd be back. So, you decided to be ready.
As your sister was driving, you walked alongside the front window and took out a marker to draw big letters on the front. Meryl notices this just as you've managed to write the Z and needless to say, she isn't happy. "Hey!" yells the giant skeleton. "What's the big idea Neil!? I offer you a ride and you mess up my car?" "Don't worry Meryl," you say. "It's only temporary." "What are you writing anyway?" "Mxyzptlk." Meryl looks at you as if you're crazy but still keeps an eye on the road. "Mxyzptlk? You mean that annoying little imp who's always pestering Superman?"
You nod your head. "Well, just last week, I had trouble with a real life version from Dimension 10." "You're kidding." "No, she said her name was Kltpzyxm." "Mxyzptlk? Kltpzyxm? You've been hanging around Lily too much. No offense Neil, but your wife has crazy friends." You finish drawing the M on the windshield before responding. "You're the one who introduced me to Maggie, remember bonehead?" "Touché."
Suddenly, as Meryl is driving, a stop sign appears out of nowhere and forces your sister to slam on the brakes. You yell and slide across the dashboard as one of Meryl's eyes roll out of her skull. Meryl winds up skidding off the road before her tires mysteriously turn into peppermint.
"Where did that stop sign come from?!" yells Meryl as she puts her eye back into her head. Meryl gets out and sees her now candied tires melting on the ground. "Huh?" Suddenly there's a thundering sound and a gust of smoke and before you know it, your sister has been turned into a giant skeleton of a brontosaurus. "What the Sam Hill!?" "Yep," you say as you look at your watch. "That should be her."
There's another puff of smoke and Kltpzyxm shows up waving in your face. "Guess who." She says. "Oh," you say. "Hello Ms. Mxyzptlk." "It's Kltpzyxm not Mxy... Oh I see what you're trying to do. You must think I'm stupid." Meryl lowers her head and spots you and Kltpzyxm. "Who's this clown Neil?" she asks. Kltpzyxm smiles maliciously and snaps her fingers to make Meryl explode in a puff of smoke before revealing your sister had turned into a skeleton of a gargoyle. As Meryl is trying to wrap her skull around this, Kltpzyxm snaps her fingers and turns your sister into a skeleton of a donkey and then a skeleton of a frog and then a skeleton of a hippopotamus.
"Skeletons are hilarious," says Kltpzyxm. "Why didn't you tell me your sister was undead." Meryl grits her now enlarged tooth bones because she isn't amused. "This crap ain't funny. Change me back right now or else..." Kltpzyxm then snaps her fingers and turns Meryl into a skeletal elephant before laughing like a hyena. "You're despicable!" yells Meryl. Kltpzyxm laughs but then decides to spring the trap.
"Yeah, real funny Kltpzyxm. But we can't stay, we have to get to the car wash. Some vandals defaced my sister's Scaravan." "It doesn't look that bad to me," says Kltpzyxm. "Hey, what's this word?" Kltpzyxm snaps her fingers to summon a magnifying glass to look at the word you wrote. Upon realizing what she read, Kltpzyxm gasps and you give a sneer.
"BOOM!"
Kltpzyxm disappears in a flash of light and Meryl is turned back to her normal form (Well normal for a 650ft skeleton). "I told you so." You say. Meryl let out a mumble before stepping back into her car. "I should've stayed in the ground." You let out a sigh as Meryl starts the car again. "Get used to it Little Sis," you say. "She'll be back in seven days." "Seven days or not, you're cleaning my windshield."
