Matt sat on the bed in his motel room at The Cozy Camper Motel as a large blizzard raged on outside. However, the snow wasn't the only thing on his mind. One day ago, Matt witnessed a man get struck by a police cruiser. However, when the deputy tried to help the man, the victim slashed the deputy's neck.
