A week later, Lisa is quite huge.

After about a week of eating Veggie Burgers every day, Lisa had gained over 200 pounds, thanks to how fattening Krustburger makes their food.
She had noticed this gain, but didn't really mind it. She loved the burgers too much to just give them up, so much in fact, that she'd started eating more regularly.

It was Bart who noticed this addiction and gain some time after Lisa did, and Bart had a plan to take advantage of this, as a prank.
"Hey, Lis!" Bart patted his sister on the back, as she finished up a second Veggie Burger.
"Yeah, Bart?" Lisa responded, mouth still full.
"I know how much you love those Veggie Burgers, so I thought I'd be a nice brother. I got you a coupon for a 1 for 1 deal at Krustyburger, meaning that if you buy one Veggie Burger, you'll get a second free! So that means if you bought, say, 5 burgers, you'd get an extra 5 on top of it! But it's only good for this month, and a week in next month." Bart explained.
Lisa was ecstatic, and thanked Bart.
"Wait.." Lisa said, mid celebration, "How'd you get this coupon?"
"Well..." Bart said, remembering back how he tricked them into giving him the coupon instead of him suing for the "Dangerous Food", which Bart had pretended made him ill in order to scam out the restaurant.
"It's not important. Just go enjoy yourself." Bart said.

Lisa squealed giddily, and ran off to use the coupon.
