Detention

You were quite the naughty child and as a result, you were given detention.

Mr. Stinkmeaner: An old crotchy geezer, who enjoys nothing but hating everything and everyone around him, making people wonder how he got the job.

Miss Petunia: A young, kind-hearted teacher, who's both the airheaded and absent minded type of person. This makes her a super influenceable person and it doesn't help either when she reads a those strange magazines.

Ms. Butters: The vice principal of the school, she's a fat woman who's lower body is basically a small boulder of flesh, her navel being revealed by the restrictions of her clothes.
