Monster Gecko

A disturbance in the pooled refrigerator liquid sends needles up your spine once you realized that it sounded like movement behind you! You turn towards the sound and the sight nearly induced a heart attack, for what was in front of you now was a great, hulking beast of a reptile stalking towards you!
It was a gecko, a leopard gecko... not that the distinction made a difference; a gecko is a gecko and from what you knew, they had quite the appetite for bugs, which right now you certainly fit the bill for. But why the hell was this thing here?! They weren't native to any region around here! This had to be a pet of some kind, most likely Abby's. How could you have missed this when you were scoping the place out? You really screwed up and now you might pay the price as lizard chow!
The mammoth sized monster was as still as you as it checked you out. Its tongue darting in and out as it tasted the flavor of the air around you, most likely just curious as to whether to eat this strange new creature it chanced upon. Obviously, getting into a fight would probably not end well for you, so combat was last measure to infinity! You wanted to try and book it to the shrink device and grow you back, but it was sitting right next to the gecko against the cupboard wall.. not to mention those girls were still here and you would have a lot of explaining to do.
As thoughts and strategy's filled your brain, the gecko took a reserved step forward, prompting you to take two steady lunges backward. You cursed yourself. You were moving to quickly. If you weren't more careful you were going to agitate this thing and be dead in a matter of seconds!
