This sentence is false

He quickly wrote down "everything I say is a lie, if I say something that is true reality will change to make it a lie. Every time this happens the changes will be written down hear as if written by the pen."

He then went downstairs where his mom said "good morning." James replied "good morning."
James was startled by the sudden darkness as it became night.
"We'll stop standing around and join us for dinner "
His dad said as the family prepared for dinner.
