The Latina woman ran away. James with his much smaller legs had trouble keeping up. Soon James tired and decided what did it matter. He knew he had gotten his body back and that was the important thing. Better yet he now owned an expensive piece of jewelry. He had only had the TSAR for a short time, maybe it wasn't worth all the trouble. He thought he was no worse than he had been before he got the TSAR.
He was going to go home, but then he thought about the expensive necklace he now had. "What should he do with it?" he thought. He didn't know if he should keep it or return it to the jewelry store, turn it in to the police or wash his hands of it by just throwing it away. He decided it would be best to ask his friend Eric what to do. Besides he wanted to tell Eric about the ring and how for a few minutes he was this hot Latina woman. He didn't think Eric would believe him, but he did have the necklace and the woman's purse.
The walk to Eric's house seemed farther than usual. James didn't know that was because his legs were now so much shorter than they had been. He had the legs (and body of a four year old). About three blocks away from Eric's house, James felt that he had to pee real bad. It came upon him suddenly. One moment he didn't need to go and then the next he had to go urgently. He put his hand onto his crotch and tried to hold it.
When he got to Eric's house he took his hand off his crotch and pushed the doorbell. He used all his muscle strength to hold it in. (He didn't want Eric's parents to see him with his hand on his crotch.) He waited for the door to be answered. He found himself swaying from leg to leg hoping he would make it. He did.
Eric's mom saw James at the door. "James, Eric is in his room," she said. She had known James since he was well the age he now appeared four years old. She knew what he wanted. James dashed in and ran to the bathroom. He lifted the toilet seat. He closed the door and pulled down his sweat pants and underwear in one quick motion. (James was wearing Batman Underroos underwear.) Finally he pointed at the bowl and let the stream fly. He had only moments to spare, but he had made it.
When he was done, James entered Eric's room. Eric who was immune to the magic of the ring could both see who was in his room and what he really looked like now. Whereas Eric's mom saw James's four year old body as normal for him. Eric knew it was James and that he shouldn't have the body he now possessed..
"Oh my God! What happened to you?" Eric exclaimed.
James thought he meant about the purse and the necklace so he wasn't too concerned about Eric's reaction. "Boy do I have a story for you." James told Eric about finding the ring and what it did. He told him about how he swapped with the Latina woman. He told him about being chased by security and finding the Latina again. Then he told him about swapping back Finishing his story with "...and then I decided to come here and ask you what I should do."
"I think there is more to the story than you are telling me."
"No, I told you everything."
"You don't see anything wrong?"
"Like what?"
"Look into the mirror and tell me if you notice anything different."
James looked into the mirror. He saw the four-year-old boy who he thought was himself. The only thing that was odd, or so he thought, was the necklace and the purse. "No. What are you talking about?"
"James how old are you?"
"You know that."
"Humor me."
"I'm eighteen, of course."
"Well James you look like you're four."
It took a while to convince James. he didn't totally believe it. But he knew the ring worked so he had to consider what Eric was telling him was true. The necklace was forgotten. That could wait until later, but he had to 'get his body back.' For that they had to find the ring. They had only one clue, but it was a big one. They had the Latina woman's purse. Inside was her identification and what ever else she carried in her purse. Also, James' new four year-old body seemed somewhat familiar to Eric. But he wasn't sure where he had seen it before.
They found her name was Elisa Rainey and her address. But neither could be sure if this was her real name/address or she had stole the purse just like she stole the necklace.
