You wished there was no sign for your mother to spot that you weren't a towel, a patch of exposed skin, a chance to squirm, your mouth capable of making sound. Anything to get her to realise this towel was her daughter! Sadly however, Patty knew her stuff when it came to pranking you and you felt, looked, acted and smelt like a towel. You probably tasted like one two but your mother was unlikely to chew on a towel regardless.
You lay there crushed and bored as Mary watched her shows. She relaxed until she was totally dry and had caught up with her favourite programmes. You heard the click of the front door and the muffled sound of your dads voice "honey I'm home!" Your mother instantly stood up, bouncing happily up to your dad and scooped him into a loving kiss and cuddle, squishing his gummy body against your own.
She giggled as he popped back to normal shaking his head and laughing "will you ever get tired of greeting me like that Hun?" He asked, Mary just shook her head with a smile "never. I just can't help myself Jackie" She kissed him again and then put him down. You watched as they walked up together to their room as your father talked about his day at work.
When they got to the bedroom he began to change out of his little suit into casual clothes, your mother undoing your knots. The last thing you saw was your dad pulling on a Tshirt before Mary tossed you in the dirty hamper and Jacks clothes were tossed in after you.
This was a nightmare, no one but Patty knew your current identity and you had no way of communication. You knew you were destined for another wash when the hamper was full and probably placed back in the airing cupboard with the other towels. When was Patty going to end this cruel prank...was she going to end this cruel prank?...
