Excella Gionne was betrayed by the man she loved, Albert Wesker. After everything she did for him, it appeared
clearly that he was only using her for his plan. He injected her the Uroboros Virus in purpose to get rid of her, but
Wesker has underestimated Excella. She was a smart woman with many knowledges about viruses, and she could
manage in time to destroy the Uroboros thing inside of her.
Now she was hidding in one of her secret lab, thinking about revenge. She was working about a new kind of virus : the Shrinking
Virus. It was supposed to reduce the size of a human being to the size of a bug. But of course Excella couldn't test it on herself.
So she decided to send a message to the BSAA, letting them know she was alive and ready to attack some cities. It was not true,
in fact she was expecting them to locate her, so she could test her virus on them.
