Bio: The first of OWD's mechas. She is mostly a prototype model, but was so successful in her capabilities that she was pretty much used as a template for all future mechas to be made. Her personality is the simplest because she has the simplest AI and she only cares about following orders.
Model 2 (Spider)

Eye color: Purple

Weapons and any other powers: Six arms, six swords, six hand cannons, silk web spit
How is she controlled: AI and remote control
Sides: Evil
Bio: The second Mecha made and she is pretty much a direct improvement to the Model 1. Spider's personality is more advanced thanks to her more advanced AI, and has more of an excitable personality. She loves fighting and will antagonize and challenge her own allies simply to test her fighting abilities against them.
Model 3 (Snake)

Eye color: Yellow

Weapons and any other powers: Laser eyes, four arms, snake tail for movement, fangs, claws, hacking, four swords, acid spit
How is she controlled: AI and remote control
Sides: Evil
Bio: The Model 3 is the first attempt to make a specialized Mecha. She was designed with mobility in mind so she was given a snake tail instead of normal legs. Her personality is more masochistic. She loves tearing apart Mecha girls into as many pieces as she can.
Model 4 (Vulture)

Height: 90 m

Skin: Black
Eye color: White
Clothes: None
Weapons and any other powers: Wings for flight, claws, advanced radar, missile launchers in legs, machine guns in wings, grenades to drop from midair
How is she controlled: AI and remote control
Sides: Evil
Bio: the Model 4 is designed with flight in mind to take on the flying Mecha girls the team might encounter. As well as perform aerial raid against the organization's enemies. She personally doesn't like fighting as much as her allies and would prefer to fly forever on her own.
Model 5 (Witch)

Hair color: Black
Skin: Black
Eye color: Green
Clothes: Witch hat and long skirt
Weapons and any other powers: Long staff with energy laser, cat ears for advanced radar, nanomachines in boobs that can repair her self or other mechas, can launch legs and arms as rockets
How is she controlled: AI and remote control
Sides: Evil
Bio: The model 5 is the most advanced of the mechas, with her repair nano machines that are the only innovation the OWD made themselves and didnt steal from others, she is the most prized by the organization. Her AI is the most advanced so she has the most complex personality among them, and because of that she knows that what the OWD is an evil organization. However she is too scared to speak out or rebel against them and feels like she owes her existence to them since they made her, so she does their heinous schemes even though she doesn't want to.
