Pointing it at nothing I pull the trigger on shrink. It makes lights and noises. Nothing else. "What a piece of junk," I murmur noticing it is making the same zap noise each time and the blinking light isn't even very attractive. "Must have been stuck with my stuff by mistake when my cousins came to visit," I groan at how "lame" I was even thinking it could be something interesting. I go back inside then remember I need to get the mail.

1. take the gun and go get the mail

2. throw the gun in the trash compactor then go get the mail
