The One That Got Away

The girls moved almost simultaniously, with Texas leaping for her rifle and Roxxie charging fowards at the sheriff, trying to shoulder-slam her. The weasel sheriff pounced on the rifle and rolled to her feet, instantly firing two shots into the sand at Roxxie's feet, stopping the kangeroo fast in her tracks.

"I got you...ya varmint..." Texas panted. "Yer under arrest." Roxxie's eyes narrowed, standing perfectly still, before a cruel smile spread across her face.

"Guess again, Tex."

The weasel's brow furrowed, confused, until she felt the hot, wet breath on the back on her neck and froze in fear. Behind her stood Butterscotch, glaring at the sheriff and snorting angrily. Texas spun around to try to shoot at her, but Butterscotch was faster, turning and slamming her gigantic ass down on top of the weasel, Texas disappearing with a squeak and a splat. Roxxie breathed a sigh of relief, then dashed over and climbed back on her seated horse.

"Let's get outta here!" The horse whinnied in agreement, but lifted a leg and blasted out a rank, eggy fart over the flattened sheriff before getting up and dashing off.

Behind them, Texas was left half-buried in the ground, the fumes of the horse fart slowly rising off her prone form. She groaned in pain and gradually pushed herself to her feet, surveying the scene in front of her. The carriage was a mess, with large chunks of wood shot out of it and crates of gold spilled all over the road. The crew of the carriage was thankfully unharmed, cowering behind a nearby sand dune, but what really caught Texas's eye was that one of the stage coach horses had managed to break free, now standing a few meters away, and giving Texas an inviting opportunity to chase down Roxxie. But if she did so, she'd have to leave the stage coach crew alone and undefended in bandit territory.

You have the following choices:

1. Chase after her!

2. The carriage comes first.
