You're a scrawny human male of average height and complexion, which makes you strikingly different from everyone else inside the inn. As you look around, you can see that most of the patrons are much larger in both size and girth than you. Not to say that a few stragglers aren't about your height, but you're definitely the minority. This naturally puts you on edge as you scan the crowded room for something to do.
The first thing that catches your eye is a grossly obese gator woman seated behind a counter. She's got a pair of thin reading glasses balanced on her snout and she's tapping her claws across a ledger of some sort. Judging by the rings of keys hung behind her, she must be in charge of booking rooms to travelers. Given that you need to rent a room for the night, it'd probably be best to speak to her first
But then again, you could stand to indulge yourself a little bit. There's a bar near you where a few fatasses are scarfing down food and drinks served by a deer with a musclegut. You forgot how hungry you were, even if the smell of the place is making you sick the food here looks pretty good. And across the room you can see some particularly cute looking furry girls lounging by the fire. And if your ears didn't deceive you, you swore they were talking about you.
