Magical Mega Flowey

Flowey was looking around (popping into the ground and popping out somewhere else), trying to find something "fun" to do.
After several tries, he appeared in a large library through a crack in the floor. He suddenly noticed a book left open on a table next to him. He decided to take a look at it. He shot a few "friendliness pellets" at the table's legs, breaking them.
As the tabletop fell (with the book on it, of course), the book turned a few pages before landing, showing a section of the book titled "Spells To Do With Growing". This intrigued Flowey to read the spells, looking for one he would enjoy using. After a few minutes, he found one he liked, and cast it.
