Just A Little Bit

Shortly after casting the spell, Flowey felt a faint tingling sensation throughout his form. For a while, he thought nothing had changed. However, as he looked more closely, he realised he was slowly climbing higher and higher, albeit at a pretty mediocre rate. But, it was still something after all. After a few minutes, he finished off growing, having grown by a couple feet. So, what does he do now?
