First choice is taking the human cast of Small Soldiers and put them in the Fallout universe. After they enter the vault to escape the bombs, they discover two things.
1.) They are the only humans in the vault.
2.) The Vault has a Gwendy motif. In fact, each room has a large amount of Gwendy dolls and they all have a 50's thing going on.

Second choice is similar.
A wanderer discovers an undiscovered vault. They enter and find out that it is a vault that seems to have a large amount of Gwendys. Yet, the vault doesn't show signs it was ever inhabited by humans. It has a large amount of food and water, but it is all untouched.
Perhaps as the wanderer explores the vault, the vault door closes. The Wanderer discovers that the whole vault is under the Gwendy dolls' control.
Or maybe the Gwendys decide to take over the world by Gwendy-fiying it, for the wanderer accidentally freed them.
