Mom gives you a mild punishment

Mom lightly adjusted your diaper.
"So, you like changing diapers on your own? Why don't you go clean up your Aunt Tina then, hm?" Mom said.
"Aw man..." You whined.
You got up to make your way to Aunt Tina's room as Mom followed to make sure you actually checked on her. You found Aunt Tina in her bed reading a book.
"Now go get her cleaned up." Mom said, patting your shoulder.
You approached Aunt Tina and it was soon evident that she had wet herself.
"Oh! Hi, Jenny!" Aunt Tina said.
Her large overdue pregnant belly seemed to jiggle as she spoke.
"Hey, Aunt Tina. Mom wants me to change you." You said, slumping your shoulders.
"Oh, thanks, Jenny. You're too kind. Yeah, I think I'm pretty wet right now." Tina said.

You telekinetically removed Tina's wet diaper, leaving the pregnant woman totally nude. You then took some wet wipes in your hand and gently cleansed her damp diaper-area. You thought it was awkward and a little scary being so close to her huge pregnant bely that contained Sollos, the little fetus tyrant that made Aunt Tina's life such a hassle. You were always afraid that if you touched her belly wrong he would make you one of his enemies, and it was one of the reasons you didn't like having this chore. As it was, you were on all right terms with little Sollos, but he was a fickle and bratty kid, so he could decide he didn't like you for no reason at all.

Carefully you got out a fresh diaper and put it under Tina's butt. After that...
