Margaret was the class delinquent; a cute freckled girl with braided hair whose family owned some land past the town borders and were the main organizers of the annual agricultural fair.
Marge herself however had a serious bondage and tickle interest, and would constantly ambush other kids (both in school, and after classes behind the school building) and experiment with their sensitivity. No matter how many times she was reprimanded for bullying, it seemed her single minded pursuit only grew stronger.
Her partner-in-crime, Abby, was a shorter, plump girl with pigtails. Summer sometimes wondered why she hung out with her but Margaret seemed to like her quite a bit.
Summer, who was so ticklish on her feet it was almost painful, had a lot of luck on her side to be able to avoid all of their attempts to capture her, often only escaping by a hair's breadth.
Like Mouse said, seeking those two out would be tempting fate.
On the other hand, there had been a number of times when Summer could make Margaret obey her. As class rep, she could get them into trouble with the teachers and so Summer could usually make them leave the younger kids alone if she spotted them. She even delivered notes from class to Margaret's house once when the latter was sick.
