Go back to to camp and rally the others.

You cover the retreat with your blaster pistol, a hand near the grenades clipped to your belt. Naomi is helping Sarah run, the colony leader obviously shaken by the sudden tragedy. Convinced nothing was coming, you join them in a dash for the camp. Abbie and Samantha see you running and, concerned, the begin to fast walk toward you.
"Go back!" Naomi shouts. "Just go back!"
The pair stopped but waited for you to reach them.
Marshalling her wits, Sarah ordered a code red security protocol, a level used in an attack situation. "Where are David and Mike? Where's Ian?"
"Setting up the protective forcefield," Abbie answered. "Tell us what's going on."
"Richard and Frederick are dead," you declare. "We're not alone here. There's some vicious wildlife."
Trundling into camp, you hear screams again. Louder, male screams. All five of you arrive just in time to watch the men being pulled into the lake you landed next to, hopeful of an easy life. Sickly green tentacles were eating the three men even as the monster disappeared beneath the water's surface.
"Shit!" screamed Samantha, foolishly running to the water's edge. "No!" But the lake was quiet, the terror gone.
Like the future of the colony
None of the survivors spoke until midmorning the next day, though they managed to complete the force field perimeter around their ship and the camp. But it didn't make them feel safer and they continued to sulk.
Ultimately, Sarah pulls you all together for a council. The "colony" could do one of three things, she says:

You have the following choices:

1. Quit and go to one of the other planets.

*Noteb*
2. Stay and tough it out until the next wave of colonists arrives.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
