Eat the sandwich

Hunger increases as you look at the sandwich, and for some reason the strong cheesy smell makes you salivate a lot. You pick up the sandwich from the goblin girl and say "Why not? That's a very nice gesture of you." And while the goblin girl smiles at you, you bite into the sandwich and chew the first piece well, swallow. How tasty! "It's the best sandwich I've ever eaten!" You exclaim. "What's inside?"
"Oh, simple stuff, replies the goblin girl, wild boar ham, some chopped tomatoes, hot spice sauce .... ah Yeah! And a good handful of toejam and dead skin from my feet, as a finishing touch!" The goblin exclaims proudly.
As you swallow the last piece your heart stops, everything coming from a goblin's feet is a very powerful drug for humans, especially the toejams!
Suddenly you fall to the ground as if in convulsions, while your private parts get wet repeatedly.
As you begin to have your first orgasms, the goblin girl approaches you giggling and says
