You decide that escape is futile against a lizard girl who's senses where fine tuned and way better then humans as she would sense or hear you trying to run so instead you grab some rope that looked still somewhat fresh and slowly and silently moved up to her and when close enough you swiftly tie up her hands and legs before moving back and sighing in relief at tying her up.
