Niko arrived at the tickle tournament while testing his new teleporter. Upon arrival he was stripped of all his tech and was told he could get it back by winning matches. His strategy is to use his quick hands to find his opponents weak spots as fast as possible. His lack of explosive strength could lead him to be pinned and tickled into submission.
