As you paced through the busy streets you couldn't help but notice the pendants men were wearing...shaped like a pair of feet. The church of the city was the "Sisterhood of Divine Protection", a church emphasizing that women should be in charge in order to protect men from joining the monstrous hordes. The last time you looked, their symbol was that of a female symbol on a shield. You stopped a man passing by and asked him about the necklace, he explained. "Oh this? Darling isn't it? The jeweler on Monty Street is giving them away!" The man then glanced at your boots for a second, before moving on with his day. What a creep.
In any case you need some money, maybe you could get one of them and pawn it off for gold? On the other hand, this seemed very unusual, it seemed all the men wearing these necklaces were giving odd untoward looks downwards...at each other's crotches...maybe their feet? You decide to investigate, you soon find the jeweler on Monty Street, there's a long line to getting a pendant.
