You were getting ready for school when you heard your older sister Taylor yelling for you. You were quite worried about it, your sister was normally fairly nice, but she could be pretty mean when angry. Deciding to bite the bullet, you left the room to see what she had to say. "You messed up my clothes! You put red clothes in with the whites." she yelled at you. Taylor had done you a favor a while back and in return she got you to do her laundry yesterday while she was studying. You were tired and not really paying attention. You were about to respond when something strange happened. Everything around you started to look like an 8-bit video game being made out of pixels. It even included your sister, but what was even stranger was text boxes that appeared in front of you.

All of this talk about persuasion, argument, and points was flying over your head. It was all so strange, and you just wanted everything to go back to normal. Looking around you saw another menu. It was an interface like one you would find in a RPG with different actions listed.

You had no clue what any of these would do and clicked on the one labeled. What came up was a text box telling you that you had no usable items. Trying to think of what else to do, you continued through the list. The only one that seemed like a good idea was the compromise one. You just wanted to get this all over with and clicked on it. A text box came up giving you a warning.
Warning: Successful Compromise will end battle, and will cause 5 point penalty
You didn't even know what the points meant, and just wanted the battle over with so you clicked again. Victorious 8 bit music was sounding through the air, signaling that the battle had been ended.

When the battle ended, everything seemed to return to normal. You were about to breathe a sigh of relief, but instead you were forced to say words against your will. "I'm really sorry about the clothes Taylor. I will even pay so you can replace the clothes. I can also help clean your room tomorrow to make up for it." You were shocked by what you were forced to say. "Alright, i guess I will forgive you this time little bro. Thanks for the help." Your sister responded as she left to finish her own preparations. You weren't sure what was going on, though you had a feeling that it wasn't going to mean anything good for you.
