The unmotivated blue haired second year fighting Apathy Syndrome with comrades of a common goal. Despite his dispassionate disposition he deeply cares for his teammates, even if he has a unique way of showing it. Minato can be considered a womanizer as in P3 and FES he is unable to turn down romantic flags w/ his social links, making him a canonical cheater. He is attended by Elizabeth in the velvet room, who's mannerisms are in stark contrast to his own personality.
