Yu watched incredulously as Rise arced out her now-gigantic body, stretching and yawning as if she'd run a marathon when all she'd done is walk up a flight of stairs. Within record time, Rise had already fallen fast asleep on her bedroom couch.
"Shall I fluff the pillows for you, Rise-chan..?" Yu wryly commented, shaking his head with disapproval. Nonetheless, he was thankful for her laziness, as it presented the perfect opportunity to grab her attention.
Yu carefully crossed the leg of his larger-than-life friend as if he were crossing a balance board during gym class - with his arms stretched out on either side, one foot carefully placed in front of the other. In truth, at his size, Rise's leg was so wide a platform to him that he'd have no danger of going over the side, but unlike a mere balance board, the bridge of Rise's leg had a nasty habit of tilting or turning. As it turns out, Rise was not only a quick sleeper, but an active one. Even in unconsciousness, she found a way to fidget in her seat, but fortunately, Yu crossed to her lap without too much difficulty.
It was an unusual feeling to be climbing upon the enlarged form of his friend, especially after having seen it from a variety of angles at this point. He was much more thankful to be slowly clambering his way up her shirt rather than being wedged between her toes like lint, though that didn't make the task any less of a chore. Yu furrowed his brow, and with his vast reserves of diligence, he pressed upwards past her chest (respectfully going 'around' rather than 'through') and made it to his destination of Rise's shoulder.
Holding onto her ear for support, Yu sucked in air to bolster his voice, and then called out loudly: "RISE-CHAN!"
