Bet SZ
"What the heck is that supposed to mean?" Skull asked, he looked up at the giant screen in front of him, ignoring the roulette wheel that he and the other Phantom Thieves were standing on. It made him much too nauseous. Why did the Shadow Sae insist on having their battle field rotate around them? He got the gist of the whole gambling theme, figuring out what Sae had meant with betting money, HP, and even somethingn as cryptic as SP. However, this last one made him a bit nervous.
"We should be cautious while placing this bet, Joker," Queen advised. "We don't know what it could do."
Joker nodded. "I bet on black," he said stiffly. It was the safest choice to go with roughly half the wheel, his confidence returning once they had figured out Sae's method of cheating.
The ball began to roll on the wheel, circling the group as they waited anxiously for the results. Eventually, the ball and the wheel began to slow down enough for them to see where it was heading, rolling above numbers until it landed directly into a the lone green space on the wheel.
There was no foul play at hand. It was just pure dumb luck.
Sae cackled, a smug grin on her face. "As I said, fair and square."
The Phantom Thieves felt a wave of dizziness wash over them. Their vision went blurry, and they all dropped to their knees. As they looked around it seemed that Sae got... bigger? Although, the second they could process their surroundings with clear vision they realized that Sae hadn't grown at all. They had all just shrunk.
It then dawned on them that they were betting their sizes.
Sae slowly walked towards the shrunken Phantom Thieves, her heels echoing against the ground and hurting their ears. She stood directly above them, smiling down at her new toys.
Joker was the first to react, reaching for his mask. Unfortunately, he grabbed a handful of air.
"What the?"
"She doesn't see us as threats anymore!" Makoto yelled, looking over at the others who were all no without their Phantom Thief suits.
"My... my... you're all children. Not even old enough to gamble yet." Sae tapped her foot, creating more booming quakes for the teenagers. "I'm going to have to punish you all for breaking my establishment's rules."
