It was Pyrrha's.

He had seen her wear it a few times in between classes and when she was in her pajamas at night. He took a minute to admire the craftsmanship of her necklace. The necklace was a golden chain attached to a gold and red symbol that looked like Pyrrha's weapons when it was strapped to her back.

He placed it in his pocket and continued on his way. He would give Pyrrha her necklace back next time he saw her. She was probably worried about where it was.
