Alex took the size ray out of his pocket and followed Holly into the living room. It was an open space, her parents liked to keep things simple, with only a few pieces of furniture and a huge tv. The living room had high ceilings and a large skylight which filled the room with natural light. Holly was standing on the big shaggy carpet in the middle of the room. The surface of the white carpet was larger than my whole room.
"Come on!" the little girl was jumping in excitement. She was bare feet, sky blue painted nails.
"Well what do you want-"
"Bigger! I want to be bigger!"
"I don't know maybe we should-"
"Make me bigger! Or I'll call my mom!" she stopped jumping and frowned.
At that point Alex should have said no. Which sane person would grow a seven year old? Even if she's cute and innocent.
"Alright, fine"
"Yah!"
He made some adjustments to the settings, meanwhile Holly spread her arms ready to receive the gift. Alex should've told her it didn't work on people. That would be a lie, and he knew it worked.
"Okay, ready-"
"Fire!"
Alex pulled the trigger and send a short burst towards Holly. The girl groaned as the energy hit her. She fluttered her eyes as the process started. At first it seemed like she was still jumping. When in fact she was inching up. It was amazing to witness another person grow. Although he had experienced growth first hand, it had only been safe tests. Here the teen was watching another human being getting larger. Maybe he should have warned her about the clothes.
Holly's dress was being pulled at all sides by it's expanding wearer. Small tears formed at the shoulders. When the teen saw the girl's face cringe, he knew her underwear was getting tighter on her as well. Her belly button started to show and Alex thought it was best to stop now. As the growth subsided, he was now looking straight into Holly's blue eyes. She was still cute, smiling, but at least two feet larger. It was so surreal to see a second grader the size of an adult.
