Customer Service

You sighed as you walked into the restaurant you ran, forcing your hair down as you slipped your hat on. You were greeted by some of your coworkers, at least the ones who noticed you. You were shorter than all of your employees, so sometimes they failed to recognize your presence if they weren't paying attention. On a couple of occasions, you've gotten your glasses broken after being booty-bumped by Quiana, or spent a half hour under Lars when he went on break. As you turned the corner, your face was immediately squished into a familiar round belly before you backed up. "Oh, uh... sorry about that, dude."

You looked up and saw one of your employees, Lars, stood there with a somewhat blank expression. He was the employee that gave you the most trouble, but you could never bring yourself to fire him. He had a calming aura about him and you could at least rely on him to show up on time every day, which was more than you could say about your other employees. Even Ash sometimes skipped work, though you couldn't bring yourself to punish him, either, though being your cousin you figured your aunt wouldn't be too thrilled, either. "Hey, Ignacio", the chubby stoner dude said as he scratched his head. "I'm having some trouble with a customer, and they wanna talk to you."

You groaned and closed your eyes. "You didn't eat their order, did you?"

"Aw, nah dude", Lars assured. "They're just being difficult."

You sighed and patted Lars' belly. "Don't worry about it, big guy. Whatever it is, I'll handle it." You walked out to the front to the register to deal with the customer...
