Jack, the Triumphant

The fight continues, with you managing to weave past every single punch Gary throws. You have a couple close-calls, but your persistence helps you, and you duck and weave almost elegantly. Pretty incredible, too, considering your lack of martial arts skill. Meanwhile, every punch you land notably makes Gary steadily more and more weak, slowing him down and making his punches even easier to dodge. You even manage to land plenty of hits on his face, plus an uppercut or two (not that it did that much more).
After nearly ten minutes of brawling, Gary started to seriously feel the effects of hundreds of small jabs. He could feel himself getting weaker, staggering more and struggling to keep his balance as his vision faded. He tried to steady himself, winding up for one more punch, but as he pulled back he could feel himself lose consciousness. As his lights went out he fell backwards, landing on his back in the sand with a pfwoosh.
Jack himself fell backwards, finally able to catch his breath. However, he didn't let himself rest long, getting up and rushing over to the passed-out Gary. He knelt beside Gary's belly, feeling it over with his hands.
"Mary? Mary are you there?!" Jack put his hand on Gary's belly, pushing and prodding. Gary's belly, it was...
