She's not wrong, either! Though she doesn't ascribe it to the oddities that come with partnering with Yeng. Rather, she thinks that the school is cursed somehow. And who knows, she could be right. She tends to hang out with the other punks and goths, the other "woke" kids who like to break uniform protocol.

Penny Parker is happy to announce that she has just recently been elected as the residential adviser (RA) of her hallway!

She's an officious little thing who likes to follow rules and believes that the best way to have a fun time in high school is to not make any waves. She doesn't have a lot of friends, outside of the nerds she regularly hangs out with, and is really looking forward to being in charge of something for once in her life!
