I'm probably cheating here, but so what?

There's the Darkstalkers western Cartoon, made in 1995. Kinda infamous, but has its fans. Chosen to be player 13, purely for giggles.

It has Jon Talbain, Rikuo, Sasquatch, Victor, and Felicia working with some kid named Harry Grimoire as the good guys. Harry is not a Harry Potter ripoff, despite seeming so. Potter came out 1997

Morrigan and Demitri work under Pyron as the bad guys. They tend to fight each other a lot.

There's the Darkstalkers OVA, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge, made in 1997.

I haven't seen it, but it has better reviews than the Western cartoon.

Now I'm really cheating here.

Player 15 will be any and all Darkstalkers manga.

Supposedly infamous for making Morrigan evil, but the Western cartoon did that first.
